EcoFi Monthly Vacation Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Eligibility

The EcoFi Monthly Vacation Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the states of Ohio and Kentucky who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians (“Sponsor”), and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes is conducted on a monthly basis.

Online entries must be submitted by the 25th day of each month at 11:59 PM ET
Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the 20th day of each month and received by the 27th day of that month

Entries received after the applicable deadlines will not be eligible for that month’s drawing.

3. How to Enter

Online Entry:
Eligible participants may enter by completing the official entry form.
Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry – AMOE):

Mail-in entries must comply with the deadlines listed above.

4. Entry Limit

Limit one (1) entry per person, per month, regardless of method of entry.
Duplicate or multiple entries will be void.

5. Prize

Each month, four (4) winners will receive a vacation voucher.

Voucher is valid for two (2) years from the date of issue
Voucher applies to accommodations only
Travel, taxes, fees, and additional expenses are not included
Additional restrictions and booking requirements may apply

Winners will have the option to select an initial preference of either a cruise or condo stay, which may be adjusted later through the fulfillment provider.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that month.

The drawing will be held on or about the 27th day of each month.

Winners will be notified via phone and/or email. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or fails to provide required information within a reasonable timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize Fulfillment

Prizes will be fulfilled by a third-party provider, Destination Motivation.

By accepting the prize, winners agree to have their contact information shared with Destination Motivation for the purpose of prize fulfillment.

Destination Motivation will contact winners directly to coordinate redemption and booking details.

8. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
Technical or human error
Mail delivery delays or failures

9. Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and general location for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Taxes

Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use. If applicable, a tax form (including IRS Form 1099) may be issued.
